Hello, my name is Zachary Fellows I received my undergraduate degree in sociology at California Baptist University. Where I was able to work on various projects with professors my main areas of research focus on the macro side of organizational behavior I particularly enjoy studying social dynamics and social perceptions.

I'm Nidhi from Mumbai, India. I completed my Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Mumbai and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in I/O psychology from California Baptist University. My interests so far have been primarily towards organizational development and leadership development. I enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
