Coming from California State University of San Bernardino, Patrick interests so far have been primarily on team and virtual team dynamics, and leadership roles. Other contributions have been made to developing scales and operationalization of a construct. When outside of the lab, Patrick enjoys playing video games, trying new restaurants, and trying new hobbies.
Coming from California State University of San Bernardino, Dustin's research interests to this point has been in employability and the work-family interface. Dustin enjoys bowling, playing video games, or spending time with friends and family when he is not doing research.

Tony graduated 2019 with a M.S. degree Industrial Organizational Psychology program at California Baptist University While consulting for a non-profit organization. As an Undergraduate at California State University of San Marcos, Tony worked in a clinical and health lab studying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and measurements of positive psychological factors pertaining to resilience.
